PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service providing and information collecting and providing system for providing a constant service to members of a Web site to improve appeal of the Web site and secure access to this Web site and using a communication method to be used in common between various services for communication between a service providing Web page housed in this Web site and users and capable of utilizing the information related to the members as a market research information. SOLUTION: This system is formed of member's terminals, a center server, and client terminals. The center server is formed of an information transmission area for individual member, a common service providing means, a common data base, and a market research service providing means. |
