PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source device which can suppress cost increases and has a small size and a simple structure and the light intensity of which can be adjusted easily. SOLUTION: This light source device is provided with a light source section 10 equipped with an ASE light source 12 which emits spontaneous emission light and a leveling filter 14 which approximately fixes the intensity of the spontaneous emission light emitted from the light source over at least its working wavelength range and a filter section 20 which converts the light emitted from the light source section 10 into light in a necessary wavelength range by specifying the wavelength range of the light. |
