PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal that can inform a caller that the terminal is in a downloading state when receiving an incoming call during data downloading. SOLUTION: The communication terminal having a speech function and a data communication function is provided with a wireless communication means 3 that makes wireless communications, an extract means 5 that extracts prescribed data from a wireless signal receives by the wireless communication means 3, a storage means 12 that stores the extracted data, an incoming call detection means 11 that detects an incoming call, and a control means 11 that informs a caller that the terminal is in extraction state when detecting the arrival of an incoming call while the extract means 5 is extracting data from the wireless signal.
