PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove complication by reducing the kinds of application software and LSI chips for a communication network incorporated with those software since a plurality of terminal equipment whose functions are different are used, and various operation patterns are required for an electric controller for driving them in an air conditioning system. SOLUTION: In an electric controller constituted so as to be incorporated with an LSI chip having a communicating means, and connectable to a communication network, the LSI chip incorporated in the electric controller is incorporated with a program having a plurality of independent functions for controlling the electric controller, and each program is provided with an input value and an output value capable of designating an input origin for inputting the input value and an output designation for outputting the output value through the communication network, and at least one program is selected from those programs according to the respective use purposes, and connected to the communication network.
