PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display method for displaying always new information such as propagandas or advertisements on a display. SOLUTION: A control means 1-1 is provided with an input means 2-1 for inputting information through a communication line, a preserving means 2-4 for preserving the inputted information, and a display means 2-10 for displaying the preserved information. After the power source of each means is supplied, the information preserved in the preserving means 2-4 is displayed by the display means 2-10, and then the operating system of the control means 2-1 is started. Similarly, the operating system of the control means 2-1 is ended, and then the information preserved in the preserving means 2-4 is displayed by the display means 2-10.
