PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor power supply system that can inhibit variations in each capacitor cell voltage, can immediately grasp the sate of the power supply system as a whole and each capacitor cell, and can improve safety, reliability, and maintenance properties, and to provide a capacitor control unit, and a capacitor module. SOLUTION: The capacitor power supply system comprises a capacitor module consisting of a group 1 of capacitor cells and a module monitor 2 for monitoring the group 1 of capacitor cells, and the capacitor control unit 3 for controlling the capacitor module, and uses a capacitor bank comprising some number of capacitor modules as a power supply. In this case, the module monitor 2 inhibits variation in the voltage of the group 1 of capacitor cells, collects data of the group 1 of capacitor cells, and at the same time sends the collected data to the capacitor control unit 3. The capacitor control unit 3 totals the data collected by the module monitor 2 for calculating and grasps the state the capacitor bank as a whole and capacitor cells.
