The dough shaper, comprising a frame (1) with a hopper (2) for the dough balls, a rolling section (3) with parallel cylinders (7, 8), a front section (4) with driving (10a) and driven (10b) rollers for an inclined endless belt (11), and a rear section (6) with driving (12a) and driven (12b) rollers and an endless belt (13). The rollers in both sections are driven by a chain and sprocket system connected to a motor (15), and the axles of the rollers in the rear section and/or at least one of the parallel cylinders can be adjusted to regulate the gaps between their opposite numbers by means of automatic mechanisms with electrically-operated power cylinders (16, 17) which are sealed to prevent flour penetration and possible blockage. The seals are in the form of housings enveloping the power cylinders, control and feed box (18) and control unit (19).
