PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly durable and reliable optical information medium which can be manufactured at a low cost in the same size as a credit card or a business card. SOLUTION: This medium 10 is provided with such an outer shape that two corner parts on one end edge side are in contact with a recess forming a 12 cm tray part 2 and the corner parts on the other end edge side are in contact with the recess forming an 8 cm tray part 3, thereby being fixed to a tray. An information recording area 11 and a center hole 12 are provided so as to be concentric with the 12 cm tray part 2 and 8 cm tray part 3 of the tray at the time of being mounted on the tray. |
