PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power feeding apparatus which can prevent influence of high frequency waves or a harmonics on the circuit elements which results in overload, overheating or induced interference. SOLUTION: This power feeding apparatus comprises a rectifying circuit 12, an inverter 12, an impedance converter 14, a current detector 15 and a pulse width controller 16. The impedance converter 14 is composed of reactors L1, L2, connected in series to the common connecting points of transistors T1, T2 comprised in the inverter 13 and a capacitor C2, which is connected in parallel between the common connecting points of the reactors L1, L2 and the common connecting points of transistors T3, T4. Moreover, the pulse width controller 16 generates a gate signal, having a pulse width of 120 deg. for the switching of the transistors T1 to T4 of the inverter 13, based on the detected value detected with the current detector 15 and a current command value.
