The mail transmitting/receiving terminal 2 obtains an electronic mail to the effect that repairing is ended from the cellphone 1 of the person in charge of repairing, generates repairing history data on the repairing history according to the electronic mails transmitted and received to and from the cellphone 1 of the person in charge of repairing, and stores the generated repairing history data in a data base of a repairing support server 3. The repairing support server 3 transmits a reply to an inquiry about the repairing history from a business staff terminal 4 to the business staff terminal 4 to which the inquiry is directed. |
