PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire harness enabled to miniaturize the size and reduce the cost, and to provide a manufacturing method of the same. SOLUTION: The wire harness has a first FFC 2 and a second FFC 3. The first FFC 2 has first conductors 4 and a first cover part 5. The second FFC 3 has second conductors 7 and a second cover part 8. At the wire harness 1, the first FFC 2 and the second FFC 3 are made to superpose and the requested first conductors 4 and second conductors 7 are made to join. The first covering part 5 and the second covering part 6 are welded at the joining part S and at the nearing part of the same where the first conductors 4 and the second conductors 7 are joined. The first FFC 2 and the second FFC 3 are made to superpose, and the first conductors 4 and the second conductors 7 are made to join by ultrasonic welding. |
