<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for an adaptive message retransmitting request control in a mobile radio communication wherein such an optimum transmission speed that its required quality is satisfied even when burst errors are generated in it is achieved by controlling flexibly the transmission speed of its data, and the correspondent optimum delay characteristic of its data to its circuit state is achieved by making variable the retransmitting request control period of its data, and further, the highly accurate measurement method of its circuit state is made selectable. SOLUTION: In the circuit of the radio zone of a mobile communication, its reception side measures its circuit state, and so selects according to the measurement result the optimum retransmitting request control period of a packet from the measurement values stored previously and from the correspondent table of the request-repeat control period of the packet to the measurement values as to update the control state of the packet. Consequently, the retransmitting request control period is made variable to obtain the good delay characteristic of the packet. Also, according to the circuit state of the radio zone, the most precise measurement method of the circuit state is made selectable.</p> |
