PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of beat interference being generated and communication becomes disabled between base stations where identical frequencies interfere with each other, when digital information is transmitted and received among a plurality of base stations arranged along a train traveling route and a station mounted on a train, so that different frequencies are assigned to respective base stations, and as a result, utilization efficiency of frequency is decreased. SOLUTION: Adaptive equalization demodulating parts are installed on a plurality of the base stations, arranged along the train traveling route and the station mounted on a train. Communication between a central station and the station mounted on a train is conducted by using the same frequency for each circuit.
