PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid deterioration of the system performance. SOLUTION: In a controller device, a plurality of DMA circuits access a common memory. When the DMA3 circuit 43 of low priority conflicts with the other DMA1 circuits 41 and 42, the burst length of memory access data in the DMA3 circuit 43 of low priority is prolonged. Memory access data of burst length is accessed by one memory command so that the termination of memory access gets early.
