The prepared cDNA is hydrolyzed successively with a set of restriction enzymes Sty I, Bam HI, Ava I, Sma I (Cla I), Pvu II. Belonging of detected RNA to a specific type of enteroviruses or strain is determined by comparison electrophoretic patterns of hydrolyzates.
