PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system, which can set appropriate transmission power properly, by determining the quality of communication with a radio terminal of each noncontrol station, without a control station managing the control of transmission power, and a radio communication method. SOLUTION: The controller 18 of each radio terminal is equipped with a storage 1 circuit 19, which stores the quality A of communication between the control station and each radio terminal, and a storage 2 circuit 20, which stores the quality B of communication between the mutual radio terminals, and it decides the transmission power level of its own radio terminal, based on the quality A of communication and the quality B of communication, and switches the transmission power level of a transmission amplifier 12, so that is become the decided transmission power level, thereby performing the transmission power control. |
