PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make efficient propaganda, advertisement, etc., possible at a relatively low cost by expanding the possibility of the propaganda, advertisement, etc. SOLUTION: A radio tag 3 is affixed to an advertisement medium 1. such as a poster to be exhibited at a street corner or an object 2 for advertisement, such as merchandise or its package. The radio tag 3 is mounted with a semiconductor integrated circuit chip 4 having a memory section and if radio waves are transmitted from a terminal unit 6, a voltage is generated therein and the chip operates to deliver the reflected waves in accordance with the stored information. The information on the propaganda, advertisement, etc., is displayed as images and animation images on a display device 8 of the terminal unit 6 and is outputted in the form of speech from a speaker 9. |
