PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an S/W (software) license management system in which labor for management is reduced, and any illegal use is surely prevented by managing the licenses of S/W which are being used in a batch. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a product master 1 in which intrinsic data related with S/W products to be used and the content of the right to use license are registered for each master number, assets information 3 in which the information of the assets classification of the S/W products is registered while added with the master number, license information 5 in which the information of the license division of the S/W products and users is registered for each license number while added with the master number, and use information 6 in which the information of an H/W which is using the S/W products is registered while added with the license number.
