PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inquire of a customer about information on a commodity by a simple operation. SOLUTION: When data on a bar code read by a bar code reader 105 are inputted into a cellular phone 101 (S501), the number of the cellular phone 101 is transmitted to a server 103a together with the bar code data (S502). The server 103a receives the bar code data and the number of the cellular phone 101 transmitted from the cellular phone 101 (S511), and specifies the commodity specified by the received bar code data (S512). Then, the server 103a specifies the standard price, the stock, and the purchase history of the commodity by using the name of the specified commodity (S513), and transmits them to the cellular phone 101 (S514). The cellular phone 101 receives the standard price, the stock, and the purchase history transmitted from the server 103a (S503), and displays them on a display part 101a (S504). |
