PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management support system capable of not only executing efficiently activities of an enterprise but also monitoring whether the activity content agrees with disciplines such as laws, specifications and standards of public organizations, rules of the enterprise or the like, and executing a concrete proposal for improvement in the case of disagreement with the disciplines. SOLUTION: This system is equipped with a work flow execution means 1 for executing one or more processes, a work flow control means 2 for controlling the work flow execution means 1, a work flow history management means 5 for recording and reading out a work flow history file, a discipline data management means 3 for recording and reading out a discipline file, a business data management means 4 for recording and reading out a business file, a business file monitoring means 6 for monitoring the deviation of the content of the business file from the content of the discipline file, a discipline file modification means 7 for specifying as a spot to be improved of the discipline file from the factor of a deviation phenomenon, and modifying the discipline file. |
