The invention relates to a holder for a photovoltaic panel. The holder comprises two support menbers for supporting the photovoltaic panel and attaching means for attaching the photovoltaic panel. In use the support menbers are connected to each other whereby the one support menber is at angle with respect to an underground and the other rests on the underground. Preferably, the angle between the support menbers can be set in a number of folded-out states of the holder. Each support menber is provided with receptacle means for receiving means which shore the support menbers in their state with respect to each other. The shoring means are received such that the shoring means shore as well as weigh down. Under certain circumstances the shoring means also provide for cooling by guiding air which flows through on to the attached photovoltaic panel. |
