PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable everybody to easily create a transformation program for transforming a FBM address system into a FBM physical coordinate system in a short time by only simple operation of a creator and to efficiently and highly precisely verify the created transformation program. SOLUTION: A physical arrangement of a memory cell constituting a semiconductor memory is made into a pattern, and a coordinate transformation program is created by using the obtained pattern. Also, the FBM physical coordinate obtained by the transformation program is further transformed into a layout coordinate system, and is displayed to be superposed with a layout showing the configuration of the memory cell on the same screen, thereby visually verifying whether the FBM physical coordinate is good or bad. |
