PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a communication device capable of improving reliability of a data communication. SOLUTION: The communication device comprises a transmission data writing managing section 1 for writing packets generated on the basis of transmitted data from a high-order layer into a transmission buffer; a reception signal analyzing section 5 for recognizing a re-transmission request or confirmation of delivery; a transmission window forcible movement instructing section 3 for instructing the transmission window to move on the basis of a writing state of the transmission buffer, when delivery confirmation of a specified packet is not obtained from a receiver side; and a transmission data reading managing section 4 for reading a packet in the transmission window from the read address or the transmission buffer on the basis of a sequence number given to the re- transmission request, and moving the transmission window to a prescribed position when recognizing the confirmation of delivery or receiving the instruction of moving the transmission window.
