摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately measure a change in intensity of transmitting light due to the change of an oscillating wavelength in an LD light source, in a wavelength control module. SOLUTION: This wavelength control module is provided with an optical resonator 114 in which two substrates have respective reflection surfaces on one side having a specified reflection factor and they are placed opposite to each other in parallel while a medium is interposed between the respective reflection surfaces, a means 12 to allow an optical signal for monitoring to enter as parallel light to the optical resonator 114, and a detecting means 15 to detect a change in intensity of the transmitting light from the optical resonator 114. In addition, a converging means 112 is provided between the optical resonator 114 and the detecting means 15 so as to converge the transmitting light emitted from the optical resonator to the detection area of the detecting means 15.
