摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement method and a measuring apparatus for measuring solar battery cell characteristics continuously and automatically even if different cell patterns are present on a film substrate of continuous length. SOLUTION: The continuous and automatic measuring apparatus comprises a substrate transport means, a simulation light irradiation means, and a cell characteristic measurement means. Also, the apparatus comprises two sets of paired electrodes (P1 and P2) for detecting a cell pattern, two sets of paired electrode (M1 and M2 ) for measuring cell characteristics, a relay that performs connection operation when either of the paired electrodes (P1 and P2) is short-circuited, and a circuit for connecting either of the paired electrodes for measuring cell characteristics (M1 and M2 ) and the cell characteristic measurement means. Also, the paired electrodes for detecting cell patterns are brought into contact with a power take-out electrode layer 22 or a connection electrode layer that is adjacent to the take-out electrode layer, the cell patterns are judged by detecting the short-circuiting or non-short-circuiting of the paired electrodes, and the paired electrodes for measuring cell characteristics are selected according to the judgment result of the cell patterns.</p>
