TERMINAL TREATMENT STRUCTURE OF SHIELD CABLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal treatment structure of a shield cable wherein the terminal treatment of the shield cable having a drain wire is simply carried out and downsizing of a connector to house the shielded cable terminal part can be made. SOLUTION: A metallic ring 20 is mounted on a peripheral face of insulating sheath 18 of a connecting terminal of the shield cable 10, and the drain wire 14 is folded whose insulating sheath is peeled off to be exposed in the terminal of the cable 10, and this terminal of the folded drain wire 14 is put on the metallic ring 20, and the terminal of the folded drain wire 14 is pinched and retained by conductor barrels 54L, 54R installed in a conducting state to an outer conductor shell 50 together with the metallic ring 20.
