PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out schedule control by the use of an electronic mail server unit so as to dispense with a schedule control unit and to prevent a time difference from occurring between a schedule notified by electronic mail and an actual schedule. SOLUTION: The receiver 1 of an electronic mail server unit 6 receives electronic mail information that contains remind date information described in the prescribed format from a communication network 7. Furthermore, an extractor 2 extracts the remind date information from the received electronic mail information. A control 3 notifies a user's electronic mail terminal 8 about the corresponding electronic mail referring to the notifiable remind date information determined for each unique ID in accordance with the extracted remind date information. By this setup, schedule reminding notification can be efficiently made.
