PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle device of an automatic toll collection device capable of infirming vehicles that they enter an erroneous lane at an exit tollgate. SOLUTION: When a communication in both directions is carried out between a road-on machine and the on-vehicle device when passing through an automatic toll collection lane at an entrance tollgate of a toll road, it is memorized in S-RAM 34 that the vehicle passes through the automatic toll collection lane. When it is detected by a navigation device 10 that the vehicle arrives at a predetermined distance range of the exit tollgate, a voice processor 40 prepares a message based on information memorized in the S-RAM 34 and a speaker 41 informs the vehicle of a lane to be passed (automatic toll collection lane or general lane).
