摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the magnetic influence of stator winding on a magnetic sensor for detecting the position of permanent magnets to enhance the precision of rotor revolution angle detection. SOLUTION: In an outer rotor brushless motor, a stator 11 is positioned on the motor fixed side and an output shaft 12 and a rotor 13 are positioned on the motor rotation side and the rotor 13 is placed outside the stator 11. The rotor 13 is fixed at one end of the output shaft 12 penetrating the center of the stator 11, and the peripheral wall portion 18 thereof is placed outside the stator 11 and is provided on the inner circumferential surface with the permanent magnets 19. The open-side edge of the peripheral wall portion 18 is partly protruded in a position corresponding to the installation position of the permanent magnets 19 to form a projection 20 for detection, and the detecting element 23 of the magnetic sensor 22 is placed in proximity to the tip of the projection.
