PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount and fix coil tip sections 3a and 3b of an exciting coil 3 to terminal pins 7 and 8 of a horn for a vehicle without generating a continuity defect caused by position deviation. SOLUTION: Temporary lock sections 9 and 10 are formed on a flange extension section 6 of a coil bobbin 4 so that the coil terminals 3a and 3b are drawn around in a three dimensional manner and temporarily locked. Thus, the sections 3a and 3b are simply and temporarily locked.
