PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the labor hour at updating of data of a portable terminal. SOLUTION: When the data terminal 1 is connected to a connector 15, a charging circuit 17 supplies electric power to the portable terminal 1. A data extracting and retrieving part 24 refers to a frequency table 33, extracts data belonging to a data group having high access frequency from an external data file 32, and transmits the data to be portable terminal 1 via a communication circuit 11 and the connector 15.
