CERAMIC HEATER DEVICE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent cut-off part of a ceramic heater from separating and falling off wherein the heater is fixed by soldering in a metallic cylindrical body. SOLUTION: A tapered part 2t of a tip 2a in a tapering down state of the ceramic heater is formed, and a tip 3a of metallic cylindrical body 3 is made to exist in the tip side from the tapering down the starting point P1 of the tapered part 2t, and the heater 2 is arranged in the metallic cylindrical body 3. A gap of the inner peripheral face 3d of the metallic cylindrical body 3 and the outer peripheral face 2b of the heater 2. A soldered material layer 10 is also made to exist at the tip side from the starting point P1 of the tapering down of the tapered part 2t. A thick walled soldered material layer 10 existing at the tip side is made to have a slipping off prevention action.
