PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently confirm normality in the transmission line between pluralities of pieces of node apparatus on a ring and each node apparatus at a time. SOLUTION: The node apparatus RNA (100a) of a test data transmission source transmits test data, the node apparatus RNC (100c) at a turn point of the test data gives information on turn-back at the own apparatus to the test data that is received from the transmission path 200 and returns the test data to the node apparatus RNA (100a) of the test data transmission source, it is judged whether the test data have reached the node apparatus RNC (100c) at a turning point or not based on the turn-back information of the test data that is received by the node apparatus RNA (100a) of the test data transmission source via the transmission path 200, and the judged result is reported.
