SUBSTANCE: proposed machine includes impeller in form of central shaft with revolving blades, control mechanism and step-up gear; ball-and-socket joint of control mechanism forms oscillatory motion of cross-piece at inclination of control fork; amplitude of oscillatory motion is increased by step-up gear combining stack of shafts with blades setting them in flywheel and vane positions, thus forming air flow of wide front whose direction and pressure head may be changed by means of control mechanism. Angle of control fork is reduced abruptly, thus increasing revolutions of central shaft and pressure head. Availability of control hood enhanced functionality of machine.
