PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy supplying system which controls power generating facilities at low cost so as to a demand, and maximize energy efficiency. SOLUTION: The computer 4 of a control center 3 performs retrieval of data on temperature forecast and weather forecast (Step 201), data on power demand, heat demand, power generation efficiency, heat efficiency, etc., (Step 202); and receives a generated power output Gk, an exhausted heat output Hk, a demand output DG, etc., being generated at present (Step 203). The computer 4 temporarily determines a power output to be generated Gk for each power generating set 6 on the basis of these data (Step 204); calculates the fuel cost, maintenance cast, CO2 exhaust cost, NOx exhaust cost, water use cost, etc.; and calculates an overall cost C being the total of each cost (Step 205-213). If the overall cost C with respect to the temporarily determined power output Gk is minimum (Step 214), the computer 4 determines the power output Gk, and transmits it to each generating set 6 (Step 215). |
