SYSTEM AND METHOD OF MANAGING BUDGET, AND RECORDING MEDIUM FOR BUDGET MANAGEMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a budget managing method capable of always confirming the initial set sum of the budget and capable of storing results of use of the budget. SOLUTION: A budget data showing a set budget is stored in a set budget memory unit, and a data showing results of use of the budget including a used sum of the budget is stored in a budget use result memory unit. The set budget data and the budget use result data are read out to compute a balance of the budget on the basis of the set budget data and the budget used result data. The computed balance of the budget and the budget used sum included in a budget use application data input to an application data input unit are compared with each other to determine to permit a use of the budget or not. When the use of the budget is permitted, the budget use result data is renewed on the basis of the data including the used sum of the budget.
