PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combustion controller alarm supervisory system, where a remote supervisory device 2 can surely recognize the occurrence of alarm in a combustion controller 1, using a simple configuration and a simple procedure. SOLUTION: The combustion controller 1 automatically creates electronic mail, to inform of alarm information on the occurrence of an alarm and transmits the electronic mail to a destination of the electronic mail registered, in advance. Here, when the transmission of the electronic mail is filed or the reception of the electronic mail by the remote supervisory device cannot be confirmed, the combustion controller 1 re-transmits the electronic mail via a standby mail server which is different from a mail server used first. The remote supervisory device 2 supervises the reception of the electronic mail via the mail server used for the normal operations and the standby mail server and receives the electronic mail of alarm information from the combustion controller 1, when the electronic mail denoting the alarm information exists, to apply the alarm processing to the electronic mail. When the combustion controller 1 fails to inform the remote supervisory device 2 of the alarm occurrence using the electronic mail, the combustion controller 1 uses other communication means using a telephone line or the like, to inform the remote supervisory device 2 of the alarm information. |
