PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-line education system in which users can receive lecture without bearing lecture cost. SOLUTION: This server 100 of the on-line education system includes a tool transmission circuit for sending tools and PR data to prepare lecture data in response to a request from a computer 200 for a lecturer, a storage circuit for receiving and storing the lecture data including the PR data from the computer 200 for the lecturer, a data transmission circuit for transmitting the lecture data including the PR data to the computer 300 for the lecturer in response to the request from the computer 300 for the lecturer, and a calculation circuit for calculating an advertisement fee collected from a sponsor according to the state of adoption of the tools to calculate a reward fee to be distributed to the lecturer according to the calculated advertisement fee and the state of lecture of the lecture data.
