PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an invention auction system capable of providing an environment allowing an invention not intended for patent application by an inventor to be brought to the patent application or commercialization by borrowing power of a third person for sending the useful invention to the public instead of putting it in obscurity. SOLUTION: This invention auction method includes a document pool area for pooling a plurality of invention documents provided from a document contributor to disclose the invention documents pooled in the document pool area to a group of previously registered patent attorneys. The group of the member patent attorneys selects a specific invention document to be used for formation of a patent application document to make the formation of the patent application document possible. Unused invention documents among a plurality of invention documents passing through a fixed time are disclosed to second members. |
