PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superconductive coil unit which is reduced in size as a whole, easily manufactured, and reduced in liquid helium consumption. SOLUTION: A refrigerator 7 is mounted on the side of a vacuum vessel 21, holing its shaft vertically so as to reduce it in size and a heat exchanger body 6a linked with the head 8a of the refrigerator 7 is provided inside liquid helium 2. Supeconductive coils 1a and 1b are provided so as to come into contact with the outer side of a helium vessel 3, thus simplifying a manufacturing process. |
