PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor storage device which can prevent the problem of crosstalks. SOLUTION: The semiconductor devices is provided with a plurality of bit lines 21 which are extended to a first direction, a plurality of TMR elements 20 which are connected to the bit lines 21, a plurality of word lines 19 which are extended to a second direction different from the first direction and which are arranged, so as to be separated from the TMR elements 20 on the opposite side of the bit lines 21, by sandwiching the TMR elements 20 and transistors 23 which are connected respectively to the adjacent word lines 19.
