PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide data communication equipment which can control operation of transmitting and receiving data, according to the contents of data which are received and stored, when data are communicated between a plurality of communication equipment. SOLUTION: As to data received by a data receiving means 1 and data transmitted by a data transmitting means 3, reception inhibition regulation and transmitting inhibition regulation which inhibit receiving operation or transmitting operation by a relation with data stored in a data storing means 2 are defined, respectively. When data are received or transmitted, a data communication regulating means 5 controls the data receiving means 1 and the data transmitting means 3 based on the reception inhibition regulation or the transmitting inhibition regulation.
