PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave amplification circuit by which the distortion components can be suppressed efficiently. SOLUTION: The microwave amplification circuit has a first composting part for composting a main signal and a first signal, a first branch for branching the signals, an amplifier for amplifying the signals, a second branch for branching the output signal of the amplifier, a first variable gain/phase device for controlling the level and the phase of the signals, a second composting part for composting the signals, and a second variable gain/phase device for controlling the level and the phase of the output signals of the second composting part and outputting the first signal; and further, a first controller for blocking the pathway, including the second variable gain/phase device between the second composing part and the first composing part or increasing the loss of the pathway, and so that a second controller for controlling the level of the output signal from the second composting part at the target frequency of the CW signal which is inputted as a main signal to be minimal.
