PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic circuit device 1 which solidly holds a printed circuit board 2 in a case by a simple means and can suppress deformation of the printed circuit board 2 when an outer wiring connector is connected. SOLUTION: An outer peripheral part near the connector 3 of the printed circuit board 2 is partially projected, and projecting parts 2a and 2b are arranged. Holding parts 5a and 7a are disposed in the case (cover 5 and casing 7) in accordance with the projecting parts. The projecting parts 2a and 2b are engaged with the holding parts 5a and 7a. Thus, the printed circuit board 2 is solidly held in the case not by screwing but by the simple means. Thus, the fault of the printed circuit board 2 due to deformation of the printed circuit board 2 when the outer wiring connector is connected can be prevented. Then, the occurrence of noise due to the vibration of the printed circuit board 2 can also be prevented.
