WATERPROOF SHIELDED CONNECTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof shielded connector with improved shielding performance and cost reduced. SOLUTION: A connector housing 30 is of die-cast aluminum which has integrally molded an electric wire insertion hole 31 with inner diameter larger than the outer diameter of shielding wire 20 and a fitting piece part 32 extended toward the radius direction at one side (left end side in the figure). An end part of a conductive pipe 27 is plugged and press fitted into the electric wire insertion hole 31 until it comes in contact with a stopper protrusion 33, which is calked to a shielding layer 23 of the shielding wire, with the gap between the wire insertion hole 31 and the shielding wire 20 is shielded in liquid tightness with a chenille resin layer. The end face of the connector housing 30 is fitted with an equipment side packing 35 to adhere to a counterpart shielding wall 10.
