PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet with contact plates permitting a separate sheet to be smoothly separated from spacer sheets and improving a degree of freedom in arrangement layout of the contact plates, and a switching device using the same. SOLUTION: The sheet with the contact plates comprises the strip separate sheet 1, the spacer sheets 3 pasted onto the separate sheet 1 via adhesive layers, upper face sheets 4 pasted onto the upper faces of the spacer sheets 3 via adhesive layers and the contact plates 5 pasted onto the upper face sheets 4. Insertion holes 3a in which the contact plates 5 can be inserted and connection grooves 3b, 3c for connecting the adjacent insertion holes 3a are formed in the separate sheets 1 and the spacer sheets 3 in such a manner that one side portion of the connection groove 3b, out of the connection grooves 3b, 3c, provided in the direction of intersecting the feeding direction of the strip separate sheet 1 ranges to the inner periphery rear end of the insertion hole 3a adjacent thereto in the feeding direction of the separate sheet 1.
