PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk driving device in which the deterioration of motor characteristics is avoided and the diameter of a rotor is reduced without causing degradation of the device by vibration, impacts and environmental change. SOLUTION: A turntable 15 is fixed to the upper end part of a shaft 19, a driving coil 20 is disposed around the shaft 19 and a driving magnet 22 is oppositely provided while keeping an interval with the driving coil 20 on the inner peripheral surface of the rotor 21 suspended from the turntable 15. The diameter of the shaft 19 is formed to be smaller than the inner diameter of a fitting hole 10a formed on the center hub 10 of a disk 9. Also, a shaft fitting hole 15a for fitting the shaft 19 is formed by piercing the turntable 15 and a disk positioning part 15b formed so as to fit the outer diameter to the fitting hole 10a of the center hub 10 is projectingly provided. The upper end part of the shaft 19 is slightly projected above the disk positioning part 15b.
