PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control system of red signal ignoring prevention capable of preventing an accident in advance by controlling red signal ignoring prevention by equipment of infrastructure on a road side and equipment of various devices on a vehicle side. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a road surface detection means, a processing means for preparing data for a vehicle based on the information from an interface with a signal, a road surface situation from the road surface detection means, and an interface with it, a communication means for transmitting the prepared data, a position detection support means for letting the vehicle grasp a position of the running vehicle, a position detection means for detecting this support means every time the vehicle passes, communication means on the road side and the vehicle side, an own vehicle speed detection means, a processing means for deciding a possibility that the own vehicle ignores a red signal based on the information from the detection means, the information from the communication means, and the information by detecting the own vehicle, a control means for controlling own vehicle's speed, and a vehicle interface for exchanging information with a driver.
