PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load distribution control system in network management in consideration of communication delay time when load information is collected. SOLUTION: In the load distribution control system to carry out a management script in which a part of a management processing to be carried out by a management node is described by putting it in a node to be managed and to distribute a processing load of the management node on a network, it is provided with a means 105m to count the communication delay time between the management node and the respective nodes to be managed, a means 106m to group the nodes to be managed the communication delay time of which exceed prescribed allowed delay time with other nodes to be managed in the vicinity of the nodes to be managed and a means 102m to put a load distribution script 803a in which a processing to transfer the management script 802a among the nodes to be managed in a group is described in the nodes to be managed in the group.
