PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve installation workability by the reduction of size and weight and to significantly reduce an installation cost and a material cost. SOLUTION: A plurality of different types of information communication cable containing conduits are connected with each other with an information communication cable containing conduit joint member. The joint member comprises a main part 21 made of concrete and a plurality of opening connection parts 22 and 23 which are formed in order to be connected with the ends of the respective information communication cable containing conduits 11 and 12. The plurality of opening connection parts 22 and 23 are connected with each other in the main part 21 and the circumferential wall of the main part 21, except the plurality of opening connection parts 22 and 23, are formed airtight. At least one of the opening connection parts 22 and 23 is made of synthetic resin and insert-molded with the main part 21.
